As some of you may have engaged courier services to deliver your mail packages to Marina Bay Sands for your participation at Asia Pacific Maritime 2012 (APM), you may wish to take note of the following information -
- For all courier deliveries to Marina Bay Sands, please arrange for deliveries to arrive based on the following dates and timing:
12 March 2012: 1600 – 2100hrs
13 March 2012: 0900 – 2100hrs
- All packages mustbe labelled with the following information and delivered DIRECTLY to the exhibition hall:

Please note that courier consignment handling charges will be imposed if your packages are sent / couriered directly to Marina Bay Sands Mail Centre prior/outside of the scheduled dates, as they will need to receive the goods on your behalf. Information on the charges are as follows, and payment will be made directly to Marina Bay Sands.

For all heavy items / exhibits, please contact our official freight forwarder, Agility Fairs and Events for their official quotation. Non official freight forwarder would not be able to access the loading bay in accordance to the show regulations. More information on loading & unloading schedule at the bay will be released by end January 2012.
