Erwin Lennertz is the Head of Consulting at DDI Singapore. As the Master Trainer, Executive Coach and Assessor, he provides assistance to clients in Succession Management, Leadership Development and Talent development. He brings with him over 12 years of multi-cultural and international experience in leadership facilitation and coaching. He is an adept professional in building talent pipeline and talent capability for organizations. Having worked in senior executive roles at Philips, MRI and Randstad, Erwin understands the challenges of different businesses and the importance to align organizational resources to achieve maximum organizational performance. 

 

Before moving into facilitation and coaching, Erwin held leadership roles in sales and business management and was responsible for driving revenue and P&L results for specific business regions across Europe. On that note, Erwin is a veteran in dealing with and managing different business situations including driving profitability in very challenging markets.

 

In terms of training and coaching style, Erwin is specialized in helping individuals rise to today’s challenges. He helps them to refresh their thinking and start to think about opportunities with new eyes. He has also developed expertise in guiding individuals to maximize performance by building on their intrinsic drives and talents, aligned with organizations’ strategic and business needs.
