Marco brings with him a wealth of experience, having spent over a decade with Rolls-Royce

Marine. During his time there, he held key positions including Vice President Engineering

for Motion Handling Solutions where he led a team realizing technological solutions to the

Marine and Offshore industry, and as Vice President of Intelligent Asset Management, he

led a team realizing digital solution for condition and performance management for the Marine Industry as well as the transformation towards autonomous ships.
